Something beautiful, something good: even in the most difficult of times we can try to make something beautiful of our lives. We can take the tattered remnants of a situation or relationship and weave them together into a new pattern. It takes an act of will, but out of ashes, something better can be forged, free of resentment or bitterness. This does not mean forgetting the past but rather learning from it and moving forwards.

Health, inspiration, news, art and forthcoming events. All with a South African flavour. I hope you enjoy your visit and return another time!
